It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Arey Sullivan Pewitt (Franklin, Tennessee), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Stuart Lane and Evelyn Baker Arey; and her former husband Clyde Russel Sullivan of Franklin, TN.. She is survived by: her friends, Susan Metsala (Charles), Jane Gilbert (Frederick) and Stuart Arey (Virginia); her children, Jim Sullivan (Ronda), Mike Sullivan (Regina), Pat Sullivan (Marni Quist) and Kate Watkins (Larry); her grandchildren, Ann, Ben Sullivan, Baker Watkins (Ruth), Molly Watkins (Andrew Frazier), Zack Watkins (Kate), Zeke Watkins (Andrea), Tiffany Eller and Robin Gates; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Berns, Russel Watkins, Taylor, Jackson Eller and Madison Barraza; and her husband Dr. Edward Gale Pewitt of Naperville, IL..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Pull-Tight Players Theatre or the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
