With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Earl Schirmer of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on June 3, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Madeline Schirmer (Bammerlin) and John Schirmer; his wife Suzanne; his children, Mark Schirmer (Kathy) and Lynn Woods (Dale); and his grandchildren, Lauren Schirmer, Hayden (Reagin Edwards) and Morgan Woods.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
