He is survived by : his wife Kathy Prescott of Humboldt, TN; his sons, William Shane Koffman (Heather) of Erin, TN and Jeremy Chad Koffman of Jackson, TN; and his grandchildren, Maxwell DePauw, Joshua Koffman, Clayton Koffman and Bella Koffman.
