He was predeceased by : his parents, Cleamon, Sr. Johnson and Ilda Johnson; and his son Cleamon Brian Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Yvonne Johnson; his daughters, Renee Bowerman and Rebekah Porter; his grandsons, Cody Bowerman and Evan Porter; his son-in-law Jeff Bowerman; his sister Aurice Chapman; his brother-in-law Samuel Chapman; and his caregiver Christi Mueller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital or Fairpark Evangelistic Church.
