He is survived by: his children, Steve Heaton (Pam), Terry Heaton, Kimberly Heaton and Tammy Cline (Chuck); his grandchildren, Kevin Heaton (Samantha), Kara West and Kayla Cline; his great grandchild Lucas Heaton; his devoted chosen family Mike; and his nephew James Flanagan. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, Hubert requested donations made to The Salvation Army or Second Harvest Food Bank in his memory.
