She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Carroll and Dawn Carroll; her brother Benji Carroll; and her parents-in-law, Bill and Janie Jenkins.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Phillips; her children, Brian, Brandi Phillips of Madisonville, Daniel, Aundie Phillips of Tellico Plains, Charles, Selina Phillips of Madisonville and Amanda Phillips of Athens; her grandchildren, Alex, Baylei, Cameron, Jasmine, Lily, Aaron, Seth, Turrah, Haylei, Shannon, Danielle, Hayden and Jayden; and her siblings, Wendy Carroll, Kay Carroll, Mark Carroll of Gadsden, AL and Tim Carroll (Sandy) of Gadsden, AL. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
