He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earbie Williams and Letha Aileen Reece Williams; and his siblings, Dewayne Williams, Billy Gene Williams and Ruby Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Lynn Williams of Gadsden, TN and Jamie Lee Williams of Lexington, TN; his siblings, Martin Williams (LaWanda) of Brownsville, TN, Ricky Williams of Brownsville, TN, Earbie Ray Williams of Brownsville, TN, James Williams, Bobby Williams of Maury City, TN, Reba Ward (Bob) of Brownsville, TN and Bonnie Cruse (Billy) of Alamo, TN; his close friend Larry Smallwood; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Blake Anderson and Holland Jay Elmore. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
