It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zelma Mae Phillips (Gainesboro, Tennessee), who passed away on February 1, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse William Odell "Boots" Phillips; and her siblings, Jimmy Scantland, Johnny Scantland, Charles Scantland, Billy B. Scantland, Frances Trisdale and Mattie Scantland.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Phillips of Gainesboro, TN; her grandsons, Scottie Pennington of Gainesboro, TN and Jamie Pennington (Jennifer) of Springfield, TN; and her great grandchildren, Corey Pennington, Reese, Katie and Allye Pennington. She is also survived by 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren and 1 Brother.
