He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Lee and Willie Lee (Fowler); his siblings, Bill Lee, George Lee, Margarite Parsley, Mary Katherine Southard and Trucilla McGinnis; and his nephew Lanny Parsley.

He is survived by : his wife Dianna West; his daughter Patti Natiss of Greenwich, CT; his grandchildren, Caitlin and Dillon Natiss; and his nieces and nephews, Roger (Patty Southard) of Cloverdale, IN, Jerry Parsley of Advance, IN, Gwen McCullough of Indianapolis, IN, Fonda Becker of Marietta, GA, Robbin Puckett of Morresville, IN, Suzanne Pippin of Bowling Green, KY, Clark Cropper of Gallatin, TN and Clay Cropper of Tompkinsville, KY..
