With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Wayne Wooten of Gallatin, Tennessee, born in Springfield, Tennessee, who passed away on January 9, 2022 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Gilbert Wooten and Lucille Fletcher Timmons; his wife Patricia A. Wooten; his children, Stephanie R. Shaver and Greg Wooten; and his sisters, Elizabeth Thaxton, Shirley Reeves and Virgie Cogbill.

He is survived by: his children, Bobbie L. Wooten, Cindy Guinn (Jo), Valerie Ward (James), Jheri Beth Haseltine (Mike) and Russell Wooten (Tina); and his brother Marvin Wooten (Sharon). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
