He is survived by: his children, Katelyn Elizabeth Castilon, Kristen Delane Castilon and Wyatt Cage Castilon; and his siblings, Richard Keith Castilon (Karen), Kelly Grace Boling (Jerry) and Mark Alexander Castilon (Jennifer).
