She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Tuttle and Chloe Tuttle (Meador); her husband Charles "Chuck" E. Ramsey; and her brothers, James Tuttle and Wayne Tuttle.
She is survived by : her siblings, Beatrice Grizzle of Bethpage, Virginia Parkey of Gallatin, Wilma Price (James) of Gallatin, Patty Hall (Ron) of Gallatin and Charles Tuttle (Thelma) of Bethpage. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
