He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mozingo and Esther Mozingo; his former wife Susan Mozingo; and his siblings, Oscar, Walter, Melvin, Margie and Lillian.
He is survived by: his wife Carlyn Mozingo; his children, Laura Miller (Andrew), Linda Hinds (Mike), Larry Mozingo, Mary Baker, Fred Baker (Jan) and Tonya Devore (Greg); and his grandchildren, Samantha Badman (James), Frank Mozingo (Adrienna), Christina Gomez (Daniel), Lori Hunt, Greg Hunt, Susan Crow (Michael), Sarah Davis (Ethan), Daniel Baker, Abby Claud, Josie Claud, Brandon Claud, Tucker Devore, Gracie Brinck (Isaac), Matt Powell, Ryan Powell and Hannah Powell. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
