Allen, Jr. (Charity) of Lebanon and Jamie Nicole Cowley of Gallatin; and her siblings, Gregory Thomas Anderson (Judy) of Portland, Melva Elaine Anderson of Knoxville and Debra Stewart (Butch) of Goodlettsville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
