He is survived by: his siblings, Buck Sullivan, Robert Sullivan, Peggy Agee, Polly Ann Pedigo, Betty Sullivan and Virginia Shrum; his wife Judy Hardin Sullivan of Gallatin; his daughter Tammy Holmes Reed (Ronald) of Bethpage; his sister Blondie Faye Sullivan of Bethpage; his grandchildren, Kelsey Holmes, William Richard Holmes II (Kristen Perry), Brittany Herd (Hunter) and Blake Holmes (Natalie Hunt); and his great grandchildren, Peyton Holmes, Kyleigh Holmes, Olivia Herd, Nolan Herd and Nora Herd.
