She was predeceased by: her parents, Cephus G. Basham and Margaret O'Kieff Basham; her husband John Stephen Ivy; and her brother Richard Basham. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Carson (Chuck); and her siblings, Glenn Basham and Bettie Gaines.
