He is survived by: his wife Tammy Myers of Gallatin, Tennessee; his son Michael Myers of Gallatin, Tennessee; his stepparents, Byron Whitehurst of Lebanon, Tennessee and Vicki Myers of Ashland City, Tennessee; and his siblings, Keith Myers of Bon Aqua, Tennessee and Kerri Walden of Lebanon. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
