She is survived by: her brother Alvin Smith; her siblings' children, Kathy Smith, Russell Smith (Melinda), Barbara Cottom (Brian) and Joseph Smith; her daughter Bethany Chang; her siblings, Gladys Miner, Delbert Penrod (Barbara), Virginia Cook (Howard) and Jama Legrand; and her grandchildren, Heather Claiborne (Ricky), Sean Clarkston, Ashlea Wright, Stephen Cottom, Shane Smith (Stacy), Courtney Smith, Seth Smith (Anna), Michael Stephanides, Kathryn Stephanides and Soren Ortiz. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
