He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Helen Scruggs. He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Lewis; his children, Suzanne Hamm (Andy), Don Lewis, Jr. (Kim), Vince Lewis and Angela Lewis Hirsch; and his grandchildren, Alexandra of Germantown, TN., Sara Kate of Germantown, TN., Owen of Germantown, TN., Juliette of Germantown, TN., Arabella of Germantown, TN., Marisa of Germantown, TN., Olivia of Germantown, TN., Isabelle of Germantown, TN. and Gabrielle of Germantown, TN..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Birthright of Memphis or the Memphis Union Mission.
