He is survived by: his parents, Elmer Oliver Krogstad and Mildred Irene Krogstad; his wife Martha Frances Krogstad; his children, Cheryl Ausburn, Linda Campbell, Debra Smith and Michael Duncan; his sister Lois Hesse; and his grandmother Coker. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be sent to St. Jude Children Research Hospital or Donors choice.
