He is survived by: his parents, Guy Slater Pennington of Dalark and Sarah Andrews Pennington of El Dorado; his wife Margie Holloway Pennington of Germantown, TN; his siblings, Guy Slater Pennington (Barbara) of Shreveport, LA, Don Pennington (Irma) of West Monroe, LA and Alice Pennington Hammett of West Monroe, LA; and his grandchildren, Grace Pennington, Mercy Pennington, Nate Pennington, Emma Pennington, Benjamin Pennington and Sarah Kate Pennington.
