He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Manning; his parents, Allen Manning and Martha Manning; his daughter Teresa Gearin; his siblings, A. C. Manning, Shirley Bridges, Bobbie Berrier, Louise Amburn and Anna Kincaid; his granddaughter Tabitha Gearin; and his great grandchild Angel Mancel.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Manning (Teriany) of Nortonville, KY, Fran Kraus (Ken) of Gleason, TN., Bobbie Ruble (Audie) of Gleason, TN. and Debra Minga of Gleason, TN.; and his sisters, Naomi Amburn and Judy Lewis. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
