He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rust and Bernice Rust; and his brothers, Larry Rust and James H. Rust. He is survived by: his son David Jackson of McKenzie, TN; his stepdaughters, Susan Dial of Lynchburg, TN and Jessica Curtis of Trinity, AL.; and his siblings, Lottie Torkelson of Sharon, TN and Terry Rust. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
