He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanie Mai Lewis; and his children, Douglas Edward Lewis and Rhonda Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Samuel James Lewis (Dorothy) and Alfred Curtis Lewis; his grandchildren, Naomi Lewis and Jordan Lewis; and his great grandchild Ashley Lewis.
