She is survived by: her husband Leonard Smith; her children, Michael Leonard (Amanda) and Keri Anne; her grandchildren, Charles Trippley and Loretta Sunshine; her siblings, Marcelle Shumate of Lynnville, TN and Scott Blankenship of Fayetteville, TN; her nieces, Wendy Parker and Lorrie Blankenship; and her nephew Danny Lee Shumate.
