She is survived by: her daughters, Amberly Johnson (Robert Brown), Kendra Sneed (Allen Sneed) and Aleshia Humphrey (Robert Hinkle); her grandchildren, Teagan Johnson, Bethany Knight, Rowan Johnson, Cael Sneed and Waylon Hinkle; her stepmother Linda Faulkner; and her niece Megan Cutshall (Lori Sage-Leonard).
