He was predeceased by: his parent Howard "Worm" Gage; and his brother Jim Gage. He is survived by: his parent Mary Gage Martin; his significant other Lula "Pansy" Carver; his sister Nancy "Janie" Lipford (Gary); and his sibling's children, Chris Lipford, Jaime Lipford and Gary A. Lipford.
