She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Fortney Sr. and Eleanor Buchman Fortney. She is survived by: her children, Allan (Keema Belcher), Wayne (Michele Belcher), Anthony (Tami Vanfossen), Darlene Bloomer (John Bays) and Connie Johns of Bristol, Virginia; and her brother Bill Fortney of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
