He is survived by: his daughter Sherry; his son-in-law Michael Jeffers; his sons, Terry Cutshall and Larry; his daughter-in-law Teresa Cutshall; his grandchildren, Levi Jeffers, Mack, Jericha Cutshall, Lindsey, Cody Blake, Jamie Cutshall, Jennifer, Caleb Slover and Christy Burch; his great grandchildren, Makaylen, Jordan, Austin, Hunter, Justin, Mackenzie and Ivan; and his close friends, Frank Mitchell and Glen Shelton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
