He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Ramsey Wells; his brother Bobby Wells of Greeneville; his sisters-in-law, Carol Wells of Greeneville, Marty Hafer (David) of Charlotte, NC and Mary Ramsey of Midway; his nephew Bobby Wells II; his wife Angie; his sibling's children, Kimberly Shepard (Chris) of Greeneville, Terry Lee, Mary Wells of Georgetown, KY, Dama Lynne (Rusty Barkley) of Concord, NC, Lisa Hite (Keith) of Charlotte, NC, Nick Collins (Mindy) of Fall Branch, Steve Collins (Cindy) of Mosheim, Gary Ramsey (Bonnie) of Midway, Larry Ramsey of Midway, Kaci Wells Greene (Seth) of Knoxville, Austin Shepard, Bradley Wells and Cooper Shepard; and his parent Flora Eunella Fillers Wells. He is also survived by nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
