He is survived by: his wife Frances June Fellers; his daughter Melanie Samples; his son-in-law Bill Samples; his husband Kathy Hipps; and also, Roger Hipps, Louise Fellers, Jean Wilhoit, Bill Davis, Becky Davis, Jimmy Ricker and Ralph Ricker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; his church family; and his friends.
