He is survived by: his mother Patricia Pates (Patsy); his sister Deena Johnson; his nephew Tyler J. Cannon of Colorado; his cousin Alex McLean; and his close friends, Ricky, Tammy Moore, Jeff Craft and Terry Babb. He is also survived by several other cousins; his special loved pet.
