She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hubert and Susan Bessie Bowers Ottinger; her husband Charles V. Birdwell; her siblings, Luster LaFollette (Kermit), Blanche Ottinger (Aldo), Charlsie Hawk (Gregg), Glenn Ottinger (Mary), John B. Ottinger (Dorothy) and Willis Ottinger (Mary Dee); and her sister-in-law Mary McMahan Ottinger.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Birdwell (Kathy) and Charlie Birdwell (Kelly); her grandchildren, Craig Birdwell, Jeffery Birdwell, Jonathan Birdwell and Molly Prior; and her brother Trent Ottinger. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
