He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Winter and Betty Winter. He is survived by: his wife Devinda Winter (Dee); his son Erich; his daughter-in-law Bambi Winter of Greeneville; his daughter Dana; his son-in-law Jason Nidiffer of Bristol, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Zane Winter, Mia Winter, Autumn Nidiffer and Cody Nidiffer; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Karen Winter; and his sisters, Alice Myers and Jacque Gammons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; special grandnieces and grandnephews; and several special cousins.
