She was predeceased by: her husband Max Roger Laws Sr.; her parents, Luther Colbaugh and Lela Colbaugh; her sisters, Jewel Dean Ottinger, Hildred Colbaugh and Janet Ricker; her sister-in-law Nadine Colbaugh; and her close friend Bud Bishop.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Swatzell, Elizabeth Muhn (Justin) and Max Laws Jr. (Melissa); her grandchildren, Rachel Swatzell, Mitea Kirkpatrick, Emma Laws and Kylee Laws; her children, Amber Starrette and Wesley Newton; her siblings, Tammy and Gale; and her nephew Mark Laws. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
