It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Harold Thompson (Greeneville, Tennessee), who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Ashley Davis; his parents, Carl Thompson and Bertha Thompson; and his siblings, Ed, Ruble, Gene, Jack, Leland, George, Mary B. Wahler, Julia Cohen, Brenda Crum and Trisha Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Thompson Jr. (Jeffery Winters), Shelley (Jessie Davis) and Spring Thompson (Nick Budenz); his grandchildren, Jimmy Davis, Cassie, Trenton Winters, Patrick and Gabe Budenz; his siblings, Katherine Lee Stewart, Bill (Marie Thompson) and Donnie Thompson; and his sisters-in-law, Gaye (Carl Duncan) and Elizabeth "Sissy" Thompson.
