She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Stevens Duncan. She is survived by: her father Chester Duncan; her siblings, Christine Duncan and James Duncan; her husband Daniel C. Fossi; and her brothers, Steve Duncan (Doris) and Rodney Stevens (Kate). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Layne Funeral Home, Inc. (32871 TN-108, Gruetli-Laager, TN 37365). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
