He is survived by: his wife Linda Sanders Blazier; his children, Keith Blazier (Sandy) and Kristin Blazier Wolfenbarger (Zack); his pets, Jack, Izzy, Fox and Saavik; his mother Mary Blazier; and his sister Pam Moyers (Tony). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
