He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Porter Leach Sr. and Bennie Perkins Leach; his wife Norma Jean Leach; and his daughter Debbie Leach. He is survived by: his son Michael Porter Leach (Gail) of Kingston; his granddaughter Shay Leach Phillips (Billy) of Corryton; his brother-in-law Bill Lewis (Betty) of Lavinia; and his caregivers, Glenna Rutledge, Mae Freels, Bailey Reynolds, Kelly Bowen and Martha Lawson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Fraker Funeral Home (1445 Kingston Hwy, Kingston, TN 37763). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roane Memorial Gardens (1400 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854).
