He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Ann Houston Frazier; his children, James, Brooke Frazier and Shandi Stuteville (Blake); and his siblings, Melissa Frazier, Alberta Owensby and Michael Frazier. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
