He was predeceased by: his wife Penny Lynn Storckman Owens; his daughter Kerri Jean Owens; and his parents, Troy Wayne Owens, Sr. and Delores Irene Golden Owens. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy (Virgil Catron) and Jessica (Cody Pierce); and his grandchildren, Brianna Catron, Abby Catron, Malaya Brown and Lance Pierce.
