He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Howington and Louise Howington; and his siblings, Andrew W. Howington Richard R. and Imogene Pierce. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia I. Howington of Harrison, TN; his son Benjamin Howington (Tammy K.) of Ringgold, GA; and his sister Sue Tingle of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren.
