He is survived by: his wife Susan May; his children, Andrea Shelton (John) of Charlotte, NC, Jodie West (Gary) of Middlesboro, KY, Tyler May (Amber) of Tazewell, TN, Jennifer Lambert (Charlie) of Middleboro, KY and Rachel Money of Harrogate, TN.; his grandchildren, Shiloh, Sydney, Jeana, Baylee Shelton, Cameron, Braelyn May, Austin West, Alexa, Ryleigh May, Taegan, Na'Shawn Brooks, Maylea, Brody and Creed Lambert; his great grandchild Landon Massengill; his brothers, Jackie May (Cindy) of Harrogate, TN and Donald May (Terry Baker) of Ewing, VA; his caregivers, Kai Bishop and Kelley Freiboth; and his pet Sassy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
