It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Marcum of Harrogate, Tennessee, who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James E. Partin and Myrtle Partin; her husband Ralph Kenneth Marcum Sr.; her son Ralph Kenneth Marcum Jr. (Kenny); her brother Kenneth Partin; her children, Mitchell Marcum (Beckie Marcum) and Jacquie Still (Andrew); her grandchildren, Tripp Marcum, Lennon, Jennifer Marcum, Tyler, Allison Marcum, Sarah, Caleb Morris and David Still; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Ethan Marcum, River Marcum, Levi and Hensley Morris. She was also cherished by 4 sisters; a brother; and many special friends and extended family.
