He was predeceased by : the mother of his children Billie Gregory Faulkner; his children, Gregory Scott Faulkner and Cindy Lee Faulkner; his parents, Russell Faulkner, Sr. and Lois White Faulkner; and his sister Cleo Phillips (Bobby).

He is survived by : his sons, Leo Ray Faulkner, Jr. (Angela) and Derek "Keith" Faulkner (Angie); and his grandchildren, Morgan Darnell (Brandon), Brooke Faulkner, Alexa Swartz (Ben), Derek K. Faulkner II (Katherine) and Ashtin Woodie (Eli). He is also survived by Six Great-Grandchildren.

In addition to his invaluable contributions to the AA community, Leo treasued every moment spend with his loved ones.
