He was predeceased by : his parents, Sherman Minga and Martha Minga; his daughter Cindy Minga Cannaster; and his sister Dixie Thames. He is survived by : his wife Ann Minga; his daughters, Gina Minga of Oakdale and Kelly Alley (Roger) of Lake City; his grandchildren, Joshua Alley and Ashley Alley; his great grandchild Carson Alley; and his siblings, Dorothy Carden and Don Minga. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
