She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie "Bill" Rigney and Clara Smith Rigney; her sister Carolyn Sue; her brother-in-law Jack Higginbotham, Sr.; her brother James Franklin 'Frankie Rigney; her brother-in-law James Luttrell; and her nieces and nephews, Delaine 'Brad Rigney, Kevin Green Luttrell, Barry William Troxtell, Gayla Dawn Troxtell and Lisa Hoard.
She is survived by: her husband Rondon K. Hutson; her children, Charles Barton Hutson and Rhonda Kecia Strunk; her granddaughter Megan Cecillia Strunk; her siblings, Sylvia Jean Luttrell and Willie Rigney, Jr. (Betty Jo); and her close friends, Linda McCann, Thelma Harness, Barbara Jeffers, Betty Strunk, Debbie and Rick Russ. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
