She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Matthews and Christine Matthews; and her brothers, Richard (Earlene Matthews), Larry (Marline Matthews), Charles Wayne Matthews of Franklin and Rickie Matthews of Franklin, Tennessee..
She is survived by: her husband James Wade; her son Tandy Tomlin; her grandson Jessie Tomlin; her sisters, Darlene (Donald Campbell), Patricia (Carl Robinson) and Betty (Samuel Haithouch); and her nephew Lee (Dawn Campbell).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center (353 E Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Arlington Cemetery.
