She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Edward Raiford; her son Robert Edward Raiford; her parents, Tryphenia Bradley Hilton and Stokley Sylvester Hilton; and her siblings, Walter Jackson Hilton, Nathan Hilton, William "Billy" Bradley Hilton, James "Jim" Madden Hilton, Herbert Hilton, Joseph "Joe" Frank Hilton, Elizabeth "Sis" Jackson Hilton Richter, Mary Sue Hilton Bracy and Polly Scott Hilton Robinson.
She is survived by: her daughter Polly Ann Raiford; and her sister Jane McGee Hilton Rasmussen of Minnesota. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Hendersonville (106 Bluegrass Commons Blvd, Hendersonville, TN 37075). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center (353 E Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Project 22, the Arc of Cumberland Valley.
