She was predeceased by: her parents, Evaristo Nazario and Paula Monell Nazario; her husband Tomas Santana, Sr.; and her son Gene Santana. She is survived by: her children, Tomas Santana, Jr. (Elsie), Elizabeth Meyer (Emmanuel) and Lillian Caldwell (Pat); her grandchildren, Tomas Junior Santana, Ashley Ann Santana, Tomas David Meyer, Daniel Joseph Meyer, Christopher Bryan Caldwell, Melissa Mae Caldwell, Amy Santana Tomasello, Joshua Santana and Khiyah Yael Santana; her great grandchildren, Christopher Joshua Tucker Santana, Katie Lynn Meyer and Addison Meyer; and her sisters, Lucy Martinez (Eliezar), Elizabeth Perlta, Mary Hernandez and Raquel Nazario.
